Mr. Waterfield started Timshel Development after 9 years serving as Director of Business Reporting for an Orlando based Multifamily Management Company. In this capacity, Mr. Waterfield oversaw all financial and operational reporting for an Affordable Management Company consisting of over 150 communities and in excess of 30,000 units nationwide. Mr. Waterfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Wind founded Timshel after nearly 4 years serving as VP of Development for an Orlando based Multifamily Developer, 6 years in Acquisitions and Asset Management at a NYC-based Multifamily Developer and 3 years leading the Revenue Management Team at an Orlando based Multifamily Management Company. Mr. Wind has successfully closed numerous real estate transactions across multiple states in excess of $100 million in value. Mr. Wind earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management from Colorado State University.
