We get that question about as often as people misspell our company’s name. Avid fans of the band Mumford & Sons, the principals of Timshel show their love of music by naming their company after their favorite song. The song reflects on brotherhood and supporting your fellow man in troubled times. The principals of Timshel Development, Todd Wind and Brian Waterfield, embody the message of the song in their support of one another. The principals have been friends for years, promoting corporate and personal growth for each other in the Orlando area.
While the name has nothing to do with the mission of enabling the best people to create clean, safe, affordable housing, it has everything to do with the culture. A cohesive work environment and ideology of helping others creates a great company.

Our Timshel staff work closely with our partners from land control and development concept through lease-up and beyond. In addition to our expertise in real estate finance, our team has extensive experience in financial analysis, site selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, due diligence, permitting, construction draw management, and construction oversight.
